Next Day Shipping: Items will arrive within one business day after the order has been processed.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all products. To return items that you purchased, call our customer service line at 678-518-5911 or email us at customerservice@shopavc.com. Be sure to give us your order number and contact information to ensure that this request is processed immediately. Upon submitting your request, you will receive a Return Authorization Number within 24 hours. Once you receive the Return Authorization, you can send the package back to the shipping address indicated on the box. Be sure to reference the Return Authorization Number on the box.
If you received a defective item, please call our customer service number at 678-518-5911 or email us at customerservice@shopavc.com. You will need to return the item to receive a refund or to exchange the product. Please note that returned products must contain all original boxes and packing materials, all manuals, blank warranty cards, certificates, ratings and other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
Canceling Your Order
To cancel an order that you have placed with our store, you must first make sure that your item has not been shipped. For faster service, call us at 678-518-5911.
